Shipping policy

All orders confirmed on business days before 13.00 hrs. are shipped the same day, all others are shipped the following business day.

For all orders above the set country minimum we pay for delivery to your door, no delivery fees are charged to you.

All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse, which is located inside the EU. Our location inside the EU ensures fast delivery and protects you from the delays and hidden costs due to customs clearance, that are incurred for deliveries originating outside the EU.
All orders are shipped with international delivery services and provide full tracking information.

For deliveries to Remote Areas, where delivery costs are disproportionately higher than elsewhere, we, regrettably have to decline orders with an order value of less than 200 EUR excl. VAT. The list of postal codes defined as Remote Areas by our delivery suppliers can be found below:
